ANZ Update

Some members who are CSC’s have raised concerns about the Voice of Customer survey, specifically that if you are given an 8 out of 10 from a customer you are not meeting your targets despite this being a high score. If you have any feedback on this please contact us as we will be raising it with management.

Some members have contacted us regarding the issue of ANZ requiring members to keep their leave both annual and accruing below 15 days. We raised this with senior management who agree that the bank cannot require members to take accruing leave.
